Speaker • Chef • Author • Philosopher

Jeffrey opened his first restaurant at 24 in San Francisco after graduating from Iowa State University and culinary school. He later sold the restaurants and joined a friend to grow Pasta Pomodoro.

Wanting to be a great dad and husband, he transitioned to a Realtor and investor in 2001, working with his wife Nadia to help buyers and sellers in LA. His mission is to improve daily, becoming his clients’ warrior and confidant.

In addition to being a chef and Realtor, he has appeared on Food Network shows and authored a cookbook, Jeffrey Saad’s Global Kitchen. He also hosts a podcast, The Circle, with Jeffrey Saad.

An engaged father of two and grateful husband, he enjoys surfing, martial arts, motorcycles, learning languages, and savoring a good glass of wine.

From the Kitchen
to the Stage

The unlikely path from celebrity chef to philosopher, and why it all makes sense.

01

The
Kitchen

Growing up in a family where food was love. The discipline of the kitchen. The creativity. The pursuit of perfection. Jeffrey learned early that the best dishes aren’t about adding more ingredients they’re about knowing what to leave out.

02

The
Spotlight

Food Network’s Next Food Network Star. United Tastes of America on Cooking Channel. A cookbook. National recognition. Jeffrey had everything the world said he should want. But something was missing.

03

The
Pivot

Walking away from what was “working” to find what was real. Real estate. Coaching. The search for meaning beyond achievement. Jeffrey discovered that reinvention isn’t about adding a new career — it’s about stripping away what no longer serves you.

04

The
Reduction

The framework emerges. The podcast. The retreats. The book. Everything Jeffrey had lived through, the kitchen, the spotlight, the pivot, became the ingredients for something greater.

05

The
Mission

Today: helping others strip away the unnecessary and build lives worth savoring. From stages to retreats to boardrooms, Jeffrey brings the energy of a chef, the discipline of a martial artist, and the wisdom of a philosopher.

"I spent years adding ingredients to my life. The breakthrough came when I started removing them."
