Unleashing your authentic self and truest potential should not involve doing too much, which can lead to physical and emotional burnout. What you actually need to do is reduce your workload at work and never push yourself beyond your limits. Jeffrey Saad looks back on a retreat he spent in Palm Springs with 19 people from all walks of life, where they reflected on living a life aligned with who they genuinely are. He explains the role of having your own personal constitution and understanding your life story to lead a journey that starts serving yourself. Find out the true meaning of “less in more” in achieving a fulfilling life you deserve.

The Reduction At Work
Good to have you here, beautiful people. Thank you for tuning in. I am really floating on air right now, knowing for sure that I am doing what I am meant to do. I have talked to you about that tattoo on my arm, Ikigai. I have had a beautiful life, endless adventures, and I am finally landing on what I believe is my true purpose. We had proof of concept last week. My co-author, Steve Shull, who was my real estate coach for a decade, and we have been friends now for twenty-some years, is writing this book called The Reduction. I have talked about it. It comes out in May, 2026.
We did our first retreat, taking people through the reduction in Palm Springs last week. Nineteen people, all walks of life, smart people, financially successful people, good family people, some single people, some couples, everybody. The response was incredible. It is one thing to have this idea. Steve came to me and said, “The way you live your life, all these different philosophies, these things, we need to get this into a book.” We did the book for a year and a half. It is almost ready.
You wonder, “Are we going to be the only two that get it and think it is wonderful and that understand it?” This retreat was like, “No, this is resonating with people.” I do not think it is a coincidence that, with AI and all the thoughts of, “Am I going to lose my job, and what is going to happen to the world?” More than ever. Who could you be if you were not who you thought you were, who you were supposed to be? What is The Reduction?
Just to give you a quick recap in case you are a new audience or you do not remember, it is really about becoming your true self. It is living a life that is aligned with who you are and what is important to you. It is doing less, but actually achieving more personally and professionally. It is living in a joyful flow state, which is the most important part, with extra time on your hands and no regrets. How many of you can say you have extra time on your hands? It is one of the most common things we hear.
“I do not have time for that. I am too busy. I would love to, but I cannot.” I truly always have time on my hands, and the reduction is what has allowed that. Just like a young cook when I learned to make a bone broth, which most of you are familiar with these days, you start with bones and cold water and vegetables, and you taste it, and it is blah, it tastes like water. You bring it to a boil, all the impurities come to the surface, and you skim those off.
It’s very similar to what happens with the reduction process in this book. You boil it down and boil it down. What happens is you are getting rid of all the water, and you are left with the savory, beautiful flavors, the sauce. That is what the reduction is going to do for you in your life. It is boiling away all the unnecessary. We live in this world, especially in the US, where more is the answer, more is better. To have things, to want things, like one of my tattoos, on est bien là, it is good here.
Understanding Your Own Origin Story
I had met this French guy in a cafe, and he said, “You in America are about the avoir, which means to have, and the faire, which means to do. We are about the être, to be.” I loved it. That was like twenty years ago, I tattooed it on my arm, and it really kicked off the idea of the power of now being present. How do you achieve that reduction? Sounds great, right? You achieve it by first getting to your origin story, which I am going to talk about more, which is what happened at the retreat.
You learn to stay inside your circle of control, the name of the podcast, right? What are the things you are putting energy, time, thoughts, your most valuable asset, your brain, into? Where is it going? When you learn to control where you put your energy and stay in your circle of control, that circle expands, and your life is beautiful. Ultimately, if we all do that, our circles connect, and we are making a difference in the world, even on things we might not have been able to affect. The storytelling.
Not only the storytelling that happens on a daily basis. It is amazing sometimes when I hear people say, “He did not text me back. I wonder if what I said the other day made him mad. Now he is unhappy with me.” You go into this whole story in your head. He was getting a massage and just did not answer his phone for a couple of hours, and then he had friends over, and it was the next morning before he knew it or she knew it. Yet we are ready to tell all these stories because of our programming and our fear. We are going to get into that in a second.
You start reducing, you learn to stay in the circle of control. You stop the storytelling that I was just talking about, but then, even more importantly, where it starts is the story of who you are, who you think you are, which is unbelievable. That was the most enlightening thing about this retreat. Having nineteen people bear their souls in front of mostly strangers and really figure out what has been running their lives. It is incredible.
It sounds so obvious, yet it was groundbreaking for every single person in that room. Once they got past their story of who they are, who they are supposed to be, and they started getting storytelling under control, living in the circle, then it was time for the personal constitution. The difference between what we are doing, or at least what we would like to believe we are doing, is that it is not like. I have been to plenty of these retreats and read a million self-help books, and I have benefited from all of it, but it never quite sticks.
What you are really doing is you are overlaying an attempted new philosophy on top of an old system. They contradict each other, and then sooner or later the story breaks through that new thing you learned, that three-step process or those affirmations, those positive thoughts, and you go right back to your old self, and it just fades. It is my favorite question, and if you talk to any of my friends, my most annoying question is, I ask people when they come back from something, when they read something, awesome, I agree with all that.
What are you doing differently now? How has your life changed? Most people really, truly cannot answer that question. They will repeat what they learned, but that is very different than becoming it. That is what the reduction is about. It is taking several steps back and first getting to who you are, your true self, because you cannot rewire your brain until you know how it is currently wired. Unless you are not a human being, you are subject to the same storytelling. It is how it works.
First, we went back, we got all these stories, people were in tears. It was really wild too, because basically, it is all the same variations. One of the people in the retreat was told by their mother at a young age, “You are the ugly duckling of the family.” Can you imagine your mother telling you that and what that does to your wiring? What did she do? She spent her life being with men who made her validate that.
Becoming Conscious With Your Survival Instincts
She put up with things she should not have put up with or would not have put up with because I am the ugly duckling. It is not like she said that to herself every day, but that was the subliminal story in her head that was running her life. Everyone had a version of that, an example of that. We address these stories, how people think of themselves, and how that runs in the background. The real challenge is that you are consciousness. Steve said this, and it was a perfect line.
You are consciousness living inside a survival machine. Consciousness living inside a survival machine. Your body and brain are wired for survival. Many of you have heard a version of this. The limbic brain, looking out for the saber-toothed tiger. That is how we were wired as humans. It was survival. Our deeper nature as human beings is to be wired for meaning, connection, and expansion. Most of your internal conflict comes from the tension between those two. Who you think you are, and who you are meant to be. There is an endless conflict there.
I always say it is incredible, like even my wife and I have told this story many times, we are in a whole new place over the last seven years. We are having our 30th anniversary in April. I love her more every year. I love her more than ever. It was about seven years ago that we had a little blow-up, and it was amazing how much we did not know about each other.
It sounds ridiculous, but you just get into this thing called life. You start having kids, you are working, you are building the business. You just learn to accept what is going on without ever really understanding it. Comparison, I always say, is the thief of joy. Connection and self-realization are the sources of joy. You do not get joy from doing things or getting things. Joy flows through you into the things you do. That cannot happen if you do not figure out first who you are and how you are wired.
Comparison is the thief of joy. Connection and self-realization are the sources of joy. Share on XThe moment we are born, our nervous system is scanning, “Am I safe? Am I loved? Do I belong? Am I enough? Is there danger?” The definition of danger in the limbic system was real danger. Saber-toothed tiger, dinosaurs. Now that danger could be as simple as, “What did that person say about me? Is that what they think of me?” You react the same way you would react to that tiger with incredible fear and shut down.
Your brain prioritizes survival over truth, survival over growth, over potential, over fulfillment. Survival, whether we realize it or not, subliminally controls everything. We learned from an early age and childhood, I am good at when? I am bad when? Love comes when? Everything is contingent. Approval disappears when success means failure means we have these pre-programmed definitions, and these stories become your operating system, and they are the lens that you see the world through, and believe me, you will look and find the things to justify your story.
One of the most incredible realizations to me is that people will say well look and here they go, the storytelling starts, and they look through the world, and they keep finding examples to justify their story and why their fear is real, and their pain is real. Even worse, and I know a lot of you are not going to like me for this, as I have said in the past, they get therapy. The further backwards I go, the more I will solve the future, but it does not work that way.
The further back, and again, anyone tuning in, I always say this, “If it works for you, keep doing it.” If you wake up and say, “I love my life. I am at peace. I feel present, doing what I have meant to do, I am in this beautiful flow state,” assuming that is what you want. If you already feel that, well then, keep doing your therapy and go with your story. The reality is, I think it is not a stretch to say 90% of people, but that is not true. You do not consciously choose them.
I am not saying you wake up, something happens, you go, “I am not successful because, or failure is going to happen because.” You just absorb them, and it becomes who you are. The older you are, the more ingrained you are in that story, and then you just spend the rest of your life reacting to those stories, unless you interrupt them. That is what the reduction, the personal constitution, this whole book is about. It is about interrupting that programming that we have all accepted as normal. This is just who I am. That is just not true.
How this programming manifests is that we are constantly comparing. We are chasing validation. We are defending when criticized. That is one of the most exciting things I have learned to just what other people think about me is none of my business. No matter what somebody says. Sure, I will pause and see if there is an opportunity for me to learn and be a better person, or if I failed myself in my own constitution. For the most part, I do not need to defend anything.
Why You Should Never Avoid Discomfort
If you tell me the world is flat, and you really believe it, I am going to say, “Cool.” I do not need to be right. I do not need to convince you or anybody of anything because that is outside my circle. I can show up and be my best, authentic self. That is all I can do. That is the ego. That is this operating system that feels the need to be right and to defend things. It is amazing how many people avoid discomfort.
I have always told my kids, anybody who will listen to me, that nothing great in life happens until you are sick to your stomach. My greatest successes, personally, financially, and emotionally, have come from massive discomfort from being willing to go for it. In my personal constitution, as I have read to you, one of the things I say is, “In my life, no should haves, could haves, or would haves, just did.” I am okay with failure. Failure is not a negative thing. It is a data point. It is part of the process.

Without failure, you never get better. The guaranteed way to live a life without meaning is to never fail, to never be uncomfortable. If ultimately that is your constitution, I do not ever want to feel discomfort, well then that is a choice. If that is what yours is, then you need to build your constitution around that. Most people will not thrive when they do that. I would say 30% of the people who were at this retreat came in with their shoulders down, their heads low, speaking quietly.
Whenever you are not sure about the truth between the mind and what you think you are thinking, the body will show the truth. Your mannerisms, you get sick, disease, dis-ease. It is the brain’s dis-ease that is manifesting in the body. You procrastinate on what matters. You get addicted to noise. You seek instant relief over long-term growth. We resist what is. I always say that.
One of the biggest breakthroughs I had years ago was, you know what? Let’s start where the world is at, not where we wish it were. Now, if you want to change the world, awesome. Let me know where to donate. I am all in. If that is your mission and you can do it, great. Otherwise, start where the world is. For me, a silly but obvious one is traffic. I have learned to stop getting frustrated because that is just what it is. People are going to drive extra carefully for a million different reasons.
The quickest way to diffuse any angst or frustration is to take your attention into the body. Share on XThey have had accidents, and they do not have insurance. Who knows what is going on with them? It is not going to change by me honking, which I never have, by the way. Internally, I get annoyed, and that is unhealthy as well. I need to start with where it is. This is where it is. As Steve says, he is a big fan of Michael Singer. What Steve says is “Every car that is slow in front of you or cutting you off or doing something you wish they were not doing, it is just a reminder to take a breath.”
For all of you out there, the quickest way to diffuse any angst or frustration is to take your attention into the body. That is the whole idea of meditation, and it has become very cliché. “I meditate every morning.” I do. It has been amazing. The point is just to meditate because it is a trend or because the monks have always done it, but you do it because it takes you into your body. When you start doing that throughout your day, you notice your breath, feel your toes, your legs as you are walking, as you are going up the stairs.
Why Attaching To Outcomes Leads To Trouble
If you are driving, start focusing on your breath, and everything else will disappear. It is an amazing thing. That is how you become conscious and present. We attach ourselves to outcomes. That is one of the biggest things. How many of you know that you will be happy, content, or peaceful when? When your kids get to this place, when you make this amount of money, when your business is successful, when you meet the right person? Anytime you are focusing on outcomes, you are already in trouble.
This is no offense to anybody who is religious because I know many people whose religion has made their life great, and I love seeing that. I do not judge anything. My problem with religion is in one aspect of it, “I’m afraid. I’m going to blow up things here with people who are freaking out.” I do not believe in the outcome. I need to get into the pearly gates.
I am going to spend my whole life behaving a certain way so that I get the prize at the end. No, I am going to spend my whole life living a certain way because I believe it is truly who I am, and I am comfortable with it. That is where so much hypocrisy comes from. Anybody who has read up knows that religion has been the source of more deaths, wars, and troubles. It becomes very insular. You are not like me because you believe things differently, and that is not everybody. We know that for sure.
As I said, I know many religious people who are full of joy and who live by the standards and serve people around them. They are not doing it for the wrong reasons, but it is something to be aware of. We personalize natural events, neutral events, things that are just, I always say, like when I had cancer, it is just a thing. I treated it like any other thing. I know that sounds crazy, but we get to choose the weight we put on any given thing. It is amazing.
I was at the store the other day, and just because the cashier closed the line behind me, you would have thought we had just killed the guy’s family. He freaked out. He threw a temper tantrum. It was so embarrassing. By the way, I am sure I have been that guy. As I always say, “If you are not cringing at your former self, you are not growing.” I have never had three years go by where I did not go, “Did I really say that? Did I really do that?”
With clients, with friends, with family, it is amazing. How do you not realize how you are reacting? We cannot control what happens to us. The good news is we are 100% in control of how we react. When you get this personal constitution down, and you stop the storytelling, and you understand your origin story, and you start reducing, everything changes because all of a sudden you do not feel the need to control what you cannot, to protect what you cannot, to solve what you cannot.
You start just being peaceful in the moment and just accepting things for what they are. When bad things happen to me, I literally say, “This is not fun. I am not enjoying this, but that means good stuff is coming.” Everything is circular. Nothing will last. As they say, “This too shall pass. No matter how great you are doing, there are going to be challenges. No matter how deep your challenges are, you will get through them. You are okay as you are. Life goes on. We are a miracle just being here.”
I learn something from everybody I meet. People are so dynamic, and they have so much to offer if they allow themselves to be their real selves. You are not weak for doing these things. You are programmed that way. You are a human being. The survival brain is 300,000 years old. The executive function of our brain is much younger, and our awareness is even younger.
If you have tuned in to my The Power of Now podcast or you are an Eckhart Tolle fan, every podcast in the world could just be, be present, and we are done. If everybody could just be present, it would solve 90% of everything because nothing ever happens in the future or the past. It is only happening in this very second, right now. When you can use the constitution and the reduction process to just be in the moment, everything is great. I never have a long list of anything to do.
I have one thing to do, the thing that is in front of me. I have one person to interact with, the one in front of me, the one on the phone with me. When you let everything else go, and you just do the thing in front of you, it is unbelievable. At the end of the day, sure, you can glance at the past and realize how much you got done or how joyful it was. You can glance back at that wonderful vacation and smile about the memories you made.
Glancing backwards to tap into joy is a beautiful thing, but glancing backwards to try to change the past or to explain the past. How many people do you know, and you are probably one of them, who keep telling the same stories? “That is because my mom, and that is because my business partner, and that is because the weather, the stock market, and COVID.” We have all repeated the same things from the past as if they were going to change or make them better. Somehow, we do that to justify our story to lean into, whether it is being a victim or just not wanting to face what we could really be capable of. It is easier to stick to what happened to you and why you cannot.
The good news is we are so incredibly strong. The reduction allows you to use your strength where it matters. My son is a great example. He is 26 years old now, 5 or 6 years sober, and has not had any setbacks. I am so proud of him. I say to him, “You are my superhero.” The amount of strength he has to use to get through his anxiety, depression, his storytelling, and the addiction in the past, and yet he has still accomplished so much. The kid is amazing.
All of you out there, you are thinking, “Look what I have done with my life. I do not need to change any stories.” Think about how much more you could have done. We cannot change that. Think about how much more you will be able to do moving forward, starting in this moment, if you are not telling all those stories. You will still have those same skills you have. You will still have the wonderful attributes that make people love you.
You will not be limited by all the challenges. Do not be fooled by all the good you have done, as if that justifies your origin story. Without that, I would have never been driven to do all this. I have some of that. I remember growing up, my dad being murdered, my mom being crazy, all these different things happening. It is very easy to realize I was running. I always jokingly say that the first third of my life, I did not know anything was wrong. The second third of my life, I was suffering through it, and now the last third of my life so far, I am clear, and I am rewired, and I am in such a peaceful space.
Rewiring Your Neural Pathways To Become Limitless
The first step is realizing what you do not know about yourself. We have incredible abilities. We are able to rewire neural pathways. Again, it is incredible. Society puts these limits on us. I have told this story of this guy I met at the gym, and I love talking to people, and I was like, “Dude, you are in amazing shape for your age. You must have been working out your whole life.” I always say a body in motion stays in motion. He goes, “No, I never worked out a day in my life.
I gained 40 pounds of muscle and got this way in the last three years since I retired.” They say our muscles do not continue to develop. They start to deteriorate and weaken. We buy into these stories physically and mentally, which do not have to be true. We are able to endure extreme adversity. I am sure many of you tuning in to this have been through so much. This one girl at the retreat, I am not even going to repeat it because it is so personal, but she had something horrific, like the worst movie you have ever seen, happen to her in college.
She gets breast cancer, goes through the mastectomy, and all that. Any of you women tuning in, it is amazing how many amazing women in my life are going through that. Right as she gets her cancer-free diagnosis, her husband gets brain cancer and dies in three months. It is just amazing, the adversity, but yet she went from coming, she called herself the warrior princess, because she has this princess quality, but she has made herself the warrior princess, because she can defeat anything, she can overcome anything.
We helped her. She was crying like everybody else. Do we have to realize there is no danger? Those things happened, but you are okay. You are safe. The growth and the beauty you can have in life by not needing to be a warrior princess. I was telling her and other people in the group that when you are wearing armor, you are going to find a fight. When you build castle walls, the dragons will come. They like castles. You can show up with a loving heart or ready to fight, and you will get what you are looking for.
We can love even after heartbreak. We learn endlessly. Our brains are amazing. We heal trauma. We create art. We forgive the unforgivable. We can sit in stillness and observe our own thoughts. That was a trick one because most of us do not, but we do have the ability to, and that is becoming present. That is the power of now. What is that one quote from Pascal?
“All the problems in the world are from man’s inability to sit quietly in a room alone.” He wrote that in 1654. It is incredible, but we do have that power if we choose to use it. You can override your natural, harmful instincts. You can feel fear, yet choose courage. You can feel anger, yet choose compassion. You can feel scarcity, yet choose abundance. That is something my wife has done that I am just so blown away by. This woman is amazing, Nadia. Her dad died in Abu Dhabi. He was a politician with the Shah.
You can feel fear, yet choose courage. You can feel anger, yet choose compassion. You can feel scarcity, yet choose abundance. Share on XThey had to leave Iran. She grew up in Italy. She came to America knowing nobody. She and her mom had to sleep on the floor because they could not afford furniture in their little studio apartment. She was working at Burger King to help her mom pay the rent. She comes from massive scarcity, yet now, she has such an abundant mentality, and we are both thriving more and more because of it.
Again, you can create the world you want to feel and that you want to have. You can override that stuff. That is true strength. Ultimately, we often mistake our programming for the truth. Hear that again. We mistake our programming, our survival instincts, for the truth. We believe every thought we have, every fear, every insecurity, every story, every emotional reaction. We act from them automatically.
It is like a trigger. Action, reaction with no gap in between. What the reduction does in the personal constitution in this process is it widens that gap. You have time to have something happen, but your rewiring lets you know it is not real. It does not have to be that way. You can choose how to react and then change the next thing that is going to happen. Growth, love, creativity, mastery, fulfillment, they live on the other side of that discomfort.
When you can get past those discomforts, you get to this beautiful place. The irony is that the same wiring that helped humanity survive the saber-tooth tiger now blocks our human flourishing. We are wired to seek comfort, avoid rejection, conserve energy, choose immediate reward, protect our ego, and resist uncertainty. Mastery, getting to your best self, your best place, requires discomfort, rejection, energy expenditure, delayed gratification, the death of the ego, and being okay with uncertainty.
What we control, all of this, the friction you feel is what lies between these two. That is what creates the disease. When we start to reprogram our brains, we are able to not have those same feelings. One of the things in my personal constitution is my superpower, that nothing bothers me. After saying that and repeating it and taking it in internally, like feeling these thoughts in my body, it does not happen overnight. It is not going to happen in a week or even in a month.
It takes time, but you can see change quickly. All of a sudden, my reactions are different. My outlook is different. The lenses I choose to look through are brighter and more beautiful. I live here in Los Angeles. I talk to people all the time who live in Los Angeles. It seems like a different city from the one I live in, with a lot of people. What they are looking at, what they are focusing on, what they see. That is up to you.
A Few Practical Truths About Humans
Here are the practical truths about us as humans. Your thoughts are not instructions. They are survival suggestions. Your fear is loud, but it is usually not accurate. Your nervous system reacts faster than your wisdom. That is the wild part. That is the same reason. We protect our bodies with everything. You are not going to let somebody touch you, hit you, or violate you if you can help it. You are not going to walk out into the street with a moving car.
We are very aware of our body, but then we cannot control our mind. We just give it away. We will be around people who are damaging our well-being. We will listen to things that might not even be true and take them as truths. It is incredible because your nervous system reacts faster than your wisdom. Your identity is mostly a story you learned early as a child.
Most of this stuff happens in childhood or at a young age. Maybe it happened from experiences you have had later in life, but a lot of our basic wiring is from that. You can rewire your patterns through repeated conscious action. That is what the personal constitution that I have created is all about. It is writing down, once you get past figuring out why you act the way you do, your story, your origin story, if you will, and you stop telling stories and you live in the circle of control, then when you write this personal constitution, it becomes the new script.
As you have heard me say, that is it. We are the writer, the producer, the casting agent, everything in our lives, and that is how we started the retreat with everybody. It was amazing. I went around the room, and we said, “On a 1 to 10, you are not allowed to say seven.” You have all heard me say this before. If you have not, this is my fun little thing. Even if you are asking somebody, “How was the restaurant? One to 10, but you cannot say seven.”
You get to the truth quickly because it is either 6 or 8, in the best-case scenario. Seven is a safe answer. We said on a 1 to 10 scale, you cannot say seven. How many of you take full responsibility for everything in your life? Meaning not only do you not blame anybody or anything, but you accept it for what it is. You do not judge it. You absolutely know that it is you and only you who can affect it. It was amazing.
Nobody in the group was even an eight. The best was a six. The more we talked about it, most people were at three. That is an incredible thing. The reason that is so important and the reason we started with that is that if you do not first embrace and accept the idea that everything is on you, even when it is not. I always say jokingly, and even take the weather as my responsibility. I am not going to blame, look, or try to figure out anything. I am just going to say I am 100% capable of making things move forward in the best way possible based on my thoughts and my actions.
Remember, every thought you have creates a feeling. Every feeling makes you create an action, and those actions make up your life. It all starts with the way you are thinking, your programming. You are going to continually drift back towards comfort unless you deliberately choose growth. You are far more capable than your programming suggests. Once you understand this, you stop making everything personal. You stop shaming yourself. You stop believing every negative thought.
Every feeling makes you create an action, and those actions make up your life. Share on XYou stop expecting life to feel stable. It is never going to be stable. It is never going to give you what you want in the moment you want it. The universe will do what the universe does. You stop trying to eliminate uncertainty. You stop being shocked by resistance. I look forward to resistance. When I hear no, that is like my rocket fuel. Look forward to resistance. That is where the nuggets are.
That is where the growth is. You just understand, “That is my wiring.” That small gap between stimulus and response, that is the freedom, and that is what starts to grow. Underneath all this programming, you are not broken. You are not behind. You are not weak. You are not your fear. You are awareness inside a survival system. When awareness increases, suffering decreases. That is the magic. We were at the retreat. Steve is amazing. I am very much an organized guy. I would have everything laid out perfectly.
Steve and I are a great team because what he did was he said, “No, we have to let the energy of the group go as it goes. We have got all this material in our heads.” We know what we believe we can help people with. Let’s see how, when, and where they need it. Originally, we even thought, “Maybe we will spend a day on these origin stories.”
It was day three, and people were still getting to what their real story is that runs their life. First, it is the story on top of a story, which they have told themselves to justify their story. When they start saying it out loud, they want to rewrite it and protect it. It took several days to really get people to break down. I mean that in the most positive, productive, beautiful way, because then that is where the magic started happening.
Once we got through all that, then we went into the circle of control with lots of examples of where people are focusing in the circle versus out of the circle. Most people spend most of their time outside their circle of control. Once we got all of that done, literally on the last day, people were able to write their personal constitution. This is the rewiring. This is a one-pager for the most part of who you are and who you want to be, written in the present tense because it is who you are going to be starting today.
Discussion Wrap-up And Closing Words
When you read that every day, it starts sinking in and sinking in. It is incredible what happens. Really, that is what this is all about. It is about understanding your story, thus your reactions. The PC is going to help you rewire your personal constitution, a new story that now starts to serve you. That allows you to be who you are meant to be and live the life you want to live. It is incredible how many people I see and know, and they are amazing.
You see them holding back or trying to please others or doing something because it is what they thought they were supposed to do. Already, these nineteen people, I am telling you right now, the follow-up over the last few days has been incredible. They are going to start living their best lives. I would love you to start living your best life. At some point, I will post our next retreat in case anybody wants to join us and start to see who you are really meant to be. Thanks for tuning in. Have a beautiful day, beautiful night, wherever you are, driving your car, be safe, much love.
